    What happens next?

We will get back to you within two weeks of receiving your application. Either we will arrange a first virtual meeting or invite you directly to a personal interview at one of our office locations.
We often ask you to prepare a self-presentation for this. This should include your personal introduction, your professional career and your motivation to join us.

    How does the interview work?

We try to avoid multiple rounds and appointments; therefore, the personal interview will take place in a somewhat larger group. This will take place with your future manager, a representative from HR, the works council, and, if necessary, a member of your future team. We will then consult and give you feedback within two weeks.
